Didn't know they were in the UK or their web site otherwise I would have ordered direct from them. Now bookmarked and saved for the future.

On their way from BNA:

1 x Legend Productions 1/35 US Army Stryker AFV Driver (LF0133) - I need a few for my ridiculously comprehensive collection of Stryker variants (with internal detail sets)
1 x Black Dog 1/35 Israeli Woman Soldier Vol.1 (1 resin figure) (BD-F35089) - will be for a post-apocalyptic diorama .......................... one day
1 x Print Scale Decals 1/48 Australian Fairey Firefly Decals (PRS48-058) - for the Mk.4/5 Firefly I have on pre-order to be built as a RW example
1 x HobbyBoss Models 1/35 Jackal 2 High Mobility Weapon Platform (HB 84521) - RAM's
1 x HobbyBoss Models 1/350 HMS Astute Submarine (HB 83509) - What If ... Australia buys the Astute class nuke boats?
1 x HobbyBoss Models 1/350 USS Los Angeles Class SSN-688/VLS/688I *3in1 Submarine (HB 83530) - What If ... Australia buys the Los Angeles class nuke boats?

On pre-order at BNA:

1 x Eduard Models 1/72 ANGEL OF MERCY: WWII US B-25J Mitchell w/Glass Nose [Limited Edition] *Pre-Order (ED 2140) - I like B-25's & this will, probably, end up as a RW example ... Probably! ... Probably Australian.
1 x Reskit 1/48 AIM-9B Sidewinder Missile (4pcs) for A-4/7/F-4D1/4/8/3H/11/86/100/104/105/Mirage III/Harrier *Pre-Order (RS48-0232) - for my Finnish Kalpa
2 x Reskit 1/48 AIM7E Sparrow III Missiles (4pcs) for F-4 Phantom II, F3H Demon *Pre-Order (RS48-0320) - for my Finnish Kalpa, plus other future builds
1 x Special Hobby 1/48 British Fairey Firefly Mk.4/5 "Korean War" *Pre-Order (SH48136) - to be built as a RW RAN example

I'm in no rush for these items, & the pre-order will come when the last of the kits arrives, which is in the laps of the gods (probably the ones demanding blood sacrifices of chieftains, prisoners of war, newborn babies, & nubile virgins - although where I find one of them only they know). The things I need the most are the missiles but, like the RAN F9F-8 Cougar before it, the Kalpa can wait for its zoom-brooms.
Has a life outside of What-If & wishes it would stop interfering!

I'm a big fan of Yahu's instrument panels and the 109 one fits a treat

They are self adhesive, correct? Don't remember if they are but makes little difference, a drop of CA will fix them in place if they're not.
I've been buying them but haven't had the opportunity to use any of them. I wish they had more modern stuff cause there's not much for most of the planes i have. Guess i'll have to try some of those 3D decals like Quinta and Eduard's Space stuff but the prices scare me a bit. :-\
BTW, just a small correction to my previous post, the F-5E/F cannon barrels and pitot tube set from Master models is not 1/72 but again 1/48 as the previous one i'd received. I want to buy one for each of my 1/48 F-5 and F-20 kits cause they're great kits on most stuff and i think they deserve the extra bit of detail in some areas.

They're are not self adhesive I'm afraid, but as you say a drop of CA and they are fixed. On a couple of occasions I've used Klear to attach them. They aren't load bearing so it works fine.

Passed by John Dutfields in Chelmsford yesterday on the way to some old churches as part of Heritage Open Day, but I digress...

Went in for some paint to match the SAAF Deep Yellow as used on their Sabres. Came out with a bottle of MIG 030 Sand Yellow which might need a touch of orange or brown to darken it.

Also picked up some HO/OO rail accessories to go with some vehicle/diorama builds I'm working on.

Thanks for the clarification, i was hoping they'd be like Eduard Zoom sets but it's no problem.
You're right, stuff that doesn't need to be strong can be easily glued with a clear varnish. I assembled the Master 1/32 M61A Vulcan for my Blue Thunder with Tamiya X-22 gloss clear varnish and it was almost like i used CA or a strong glue cause after it dried, it was strong. I know that CA will always be needed but the varnish is a good alternative for some cases like the ones we mentioned. .

The latest round of Evilbay catches has just arrived:

You cannot view this attachment.

That Starfighter will likely be another German bird, this time a waterfowl. But as the plastic is bright red, it'll take some paint. Then again - better a dark wrap around (Norm 87) than something light, like the Italian air superiority all grey scheme. That would have taken layers and layers of paint...  :o

The Boxcar will probable be Italian, though. But not grey.  ;)
Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition!

I picked up a Revell B-57B yesterday. I think I'll give it to my grand nephew next time I see him. What a turkey! Worst part was the cockpit. Two ejection seats and two pilots all molded together in one big blob of plastic. Plus the canopy was nearly flat over the backseaters head. I expected simplicity but wow....
This might make the Mach2 RB-57F look good!

Apparently I have scored a kit at ev!lbay: a post-WWII Hasegawa 1:72 M4A3E8 Sherman. Plan is to mate it with a leftover turret from a Japanese Type 76 tank with a 90 mm gun. Not certain about the operator, though. The JGSDF appears the most likely, but the Japanese were not happy with the Shermans they received, and the Type 61 actually replaced it, so that a hybrid makes IMHO no sense? Israel, as an M50/51 alternative? Or some other weird indigenous conversion, maybe from South America? Brazil radically modified and up-gunned some M3 Stewarts and operated them for a very long time, maybe this will become a "bigger sibling"...

Wardukw

All of those ideas are very plausible Dizzy but i so like the verison with the replaced turret and up gunned ..that seems like the most likely thing the Japanese would do first on the road to the Type 61.
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
