Romania, but their use of roundels is a bit too modern for the Labradors era I think...

But before they used pure roundels they had a small roundel inside a yellow and blue cross...

Venezuela.



Coincidentally  (there are no coincidences - Robert Anton Wilson) I had a customer today present me a Venezuelan passport.  I didn't know (or had forgotten) that the official name for the country is The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.  Quite a few pictures of Simon Bolivar integrated into the passport design.

Their currency is the Bolivar as well. Bolivia's is the Bolivano (and yes I did have to check that one  )

Interesting chap Bolivar

He had a role in freeing a lot of nations from the Spanish yoke.  Bet he's not popular in Spain.
