My point is: they transport troops (sure), but (in a certain way ) this transport is part of the combat ... IMO logistics is not usually part of combat.

Mr. Maniac,

Rule two states that in a military context the transport of persons/troops is included. Whether that is into combat or well away from the front does not matter.
The emphasis however should be on the transport role ons not a combat role. So a transport helicopter for either para troops or ground combat troops is perfectly all right. The same helicopter with a gun for self defence is also all right.
A helicopter gunship carrying just one or two troopers I would qualify as not being all right as the primary purpose would be combat and not transport.

Kinda funny that you guys are having this Logistics GB now. It's reminded me of an upcoming model contest in about 4 months near me where the main theme of that show is "Utility & Transport".
