Working in Windsor, Ontario again this week. Always fun to pop into Windsor Hobbies and have a look. Held off buying another kit I'll never finish, but I did walk out with 58 dollars worth of Tamiya acrylics !

Another what I now call epic score day .
Scored a container full of 24th and 25th car wheels.
A 900g container of Vanish napi san crammed full of random car bits ..many many car bits.
Now this is a weird one..a 1/48th scale SU30 jet..it's the white..red and blue russian aerobatics and test school fighter and the box shows no weapons.
The manufacturer is Mini Hobby Models from China.
The price is nothing if not cheap..$45nz...now I payed $30 for it and it's brand new and the owner and I couldn't figure why it's not been sold..it's a 48th SU30 and it's a big kit.
It's not a Turmpeter kit by a long shot which is also 3 times that price and now for the really good bit..it's got a full sprue of missiles and mounts but there's nothing  on the plans or the box ..that could be why no one brought it.
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

FInally received the Humbrol Enamel loot I got from someone not adhering too closely to the new EU rules. "Moderately legal" seems to be the keyword here.
Anyway - good stuff, and many refills I needed. Now onwards with some missiles and other US equipment.
Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition!

Who ever thought we'd see a black market for modelling paint ?
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Whoever thought we see such RIDICULOUS rules about posting tins of paint?

When was the last time a post office caught fire because a tinlet came open?

Glad to hear they're still open for business. I often stop in when I'm down there.

A really MEAN looking Thud, the H.

A pity it didn't work as well as expected, but that's life.

Measure the dia. of the big fan intakes, and make sure they really are 1/72 scale! The early mouldings were done in 1/82 scale, and that's how the PR19 came to be.
