been to Telford and am now back,  the Gang were a real lift, too see and chat too, but after 4 or so hours i was utterly bushed, had a wonder round, and some of the smaller independent / odd stuff sellers seem to be missing, but parts of the halls seem to be as busy as ever.
got some plastic, and the books id asked for from one of our newer members, and possibly an idea or two.

welp todays gone sub optimal

some one broke in last night wile we were asleep, took my house keys and car keys, and stole the car.....  :banghead:
spent this morning getting a visit form forensics,  getting the house locks replaced, and calling insurers   and fitting a new inner tube and tyre on the back wheel of the push bike  I will have to use that for a wile.

Both Mrs SP and myself are a little shook up but other wise fine, as are the cats.  so just a case of replaceing stuff.

Oh that's an absolute B mate.  Be careful when it comes to the shock, it can take a few days to come through. Hope evrything goes ok with the insurers.

That's pretty bloody minded of them.  :banghead:

I keep my car keys in very strange places just so such tea leaves could never figure out where they are. I also keep a baseball bat within arms length too............

well the bike is back on the road,  and  things can be replaced, ( like the locks on the  house doors for starters,  replaced and upgraded )  and ill hopefully have a hire car from Saturday  ( thats when ive asked them to deliver it so i dont have to fill in the stuff to get a new car pass for the hire car for a couple of days).
And been looking to see if they have something close to my old car in the local Skoda garage   ( they do ) so if i get a chunk of cash i can just replace it.    ahhh the joy of walking in looking slightly scruffy, and saying,  i want that one , will you knock anything of for cash?

That could have gone very very badly for you and your wife. Are there windows in the door or along side of the doors? Someone could break the glass and reach in to open the doors from the inside. And get a dog, a big one!

the doors have locks on both sides, so as long as the key isnt in them, you cant do that.  the problems with a dog, is that neither of us are dog people, we have 3 cats already and the house isnt big, i wouldn't feel right having one that needed the space and exercise.

Well little dogs at least make are great alarm system. Apparently the cats just hid under the bed.
Best combo is a little dog that makes a lot of noise and gets the big dog excited enough to see what's happening!

Perhaps the exercise is stimulating the modelling mojo as well ?
