Ok update time. Some mayor components are assembled but a lot of psr-ing needs to be done.

The vertical tail was left on for handling purposes. But, will be taken off for the twin booms to stay as directional stability. Some OV-10 horizontal tail planes are cut up and planned to be as erm....horizontal tails.

The booms are put on the wings on the wings as a enlongated underwing pylons. As said a there is still a putty fight expected to get the pylon and booms smoothed out. The lower stub wings are not installed yet.

Ouch ! May I say weird? Fascinating idea. I hope you'll provide a looong ladder for the pilot.  ;D
Owing to the current financial difficulties, the light at the end of the tunnel will be turned off until further notice.

63cpe

Haha, Yes it is Weird!

Sure i'll put a ladder on the side of the fuselage for the pilot

Cool. Not certain about the central fin's effectiveness, but I like what I see so far.

63cpe

Thanks, the central fin will be omitted later. It was only used to handle the model during sanding.

Does anybody do a Bruce Spence figure in 1/72 to go beside it? ;)  ;)

Heightwise a 1/48 figure would be accurate.  You'd need to thin it out a lot though.
