I've a soft spot for  that kit.

Same here! It's a very nice kit, old but still very easy to build, raised lines but good detail all over, good fit of parts, i'd build another one. The problem is that they're not that easy to find at a reasonable price these days... :-\

Last one I got was the Revell rebox. I keep meaning to have a look at the Sword kit

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Look for the Revell re-boxing, it's quite frequent and normally goes for less bucks than the original.
The relatively new Hobby Boss kit(s) also look fine and are not too expensive.

After what seemed like 3 months which was only 2 as it turned out some mail came in from Eduard them selves.
1/35th scale seat belts for my Academy AH-1Z Viper which I brought myself for Xmas 2 yrs ago.
Its so surprising and lazy as hell on Academys part not doing anything at all about the seat belts in a cockpit you'd have to blind not to able to see in..sorted now  ;D
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

IIRC the Hasegawa repop of the Monogram Bearcat was a one time only affair.
Mine was bought bagged from a swamp & smell.

Got a huuuuuuge long flat box from BNA today.  You could have shipped two cricket bats in it laid side by side.
Mrs z looked very intrigued and said "now what have you bought?"
It contained two packs of evergreen angle strip (2mm and 4mm) and a 3d printed set of parts to give a 1/35 Italeri Land Rover II/III posable steering.

Got find a very rare bird from the past .
HAL HF-24 MARUT , designed by Kurt Tank and build in india .    I tought it would be Impossible to get one of these , but i got the luck on my side and a very nice German Forum for Airforce related stuff  ( where i am in for the 1:1  kits for a long time )  .

There are only two different kits of the Marut ever produced worldwide for 2 years or so , and i found both NOS .

My wife loved this plane, we got one of them in germany at Oberschleißheim , a real Beauty .

That's a nice score

I was trying to remember who'd done the Marut and seeing that boxing brings the memory back. I think my first full resin kit was by  Alliance.

What kind of glue should i use for that Material ?  I normaly prefer standard Revell glue with a brush .
