Ummmmmmm, that's actually grey primer.  The lights are "cool daylight" which adds the blue sheen.
I put more putty on today.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Very nice. Am I wrong or the camo shape is the classic RAF WW2 one?
Owing to the current financial difficulties, the light at the end of the tunnel will be turned off until further notice.

Given that it's a captured aircraft repainted by RAAF erks, yes.
The real Libyan Clipper was a Ju52 left behind by the retreating nazis.  It was used by 450 Squadron RAAF to transport mail, food supplies and small items from Cairo and back to the front line, doing two or three trips each week.

I have a weakness for Italian trimotors.  I've already built an SM-81 and have an SM-79 and a Z.1007 in the stash.

The Airfix SM-79 is the one I'd treat myself to, it's a subject that's intrigued me since I first saw them on the shelves (many, many years ago).  One day, perhaps.

Single or twin fin? Or does the kit supply both options? I prefer the twin fin version but if the kit has the option for either I'd be tempted to make it a triple fin. ;D
