Going Bear hunting by any chance?
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Gorgeous. For sure it would have looked exactly like that. Nice work. I need to get my hands on one of those kits. The underwing tanks would be perfect for a 48th scale Avro Arrow.

You know, if you edited out the perspex rod holding the model in the air, the only thing stopping those from looking like photo's of a real RAF F-4E is the lack of a massive plume of black smoke trailing behind it! :thumbsup:  :thumbsup:

IIRC they carried Skyflashes on the recessed fuselage missile bays, but they look almost the same as Sparrows anyway.

That F-4E nose gun makes a much less draggy option than the SUU-23A pod that the F-4Ms actually carried.

Skyflashes looked so similar to AIM-7Es that they had to put big black spots on the wings to differentiate them.
