I'm leaning towards the Red-White-Blue scheme for the Falcstang.  Public holiday tomorrow so I may get to mask it.

B-25 is finished.  I've weathered the heck out of it trying to get the look of a heavily used maritime patrol aircraft.  There is a possibility of pictures tomorrow.

and the SLUF has been untouched for far too long.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

They don't make any redder paint than that!  :o
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Thanks Chris.  Some touching up is required.

I also started painting all the fiddley bits of the SLUF today.  And given its the 1/72 Hobby Boss kit there are a lot of fiddley bits.  Good news is that no nose weight is needed.

Not much modelling for the last few days due to house guests from the UK.
It was nice to see them again but they did mean I couldn't commune with the bench.
Reading that back it seems like i'm complaining but i'm not really.  If anybody would understand it'd be you lot here.

I read on the Guardian website that John Cleese and his daughter are revisiting Fawlty Towers while Rob Reiner is working on a sequel to Spinal Tap.  Why?  Why are they trying to ruin things which are almost perfect?
Sometimes I despair.
Still, nothing they do could be as bad as what George Lucas did to Star Wars.  Or could it?

Mel Brooks is doing The History of the World Part 2 with every Tom, Dick and Harriet in Hollywood. Could be good, could be bad.

Could be brilliant, but as you say, on the other hand.
