Forthcoming project , just working full two days on complete reconstruction of to kits ..

These are NEW modells , not the very ugly bad one from Revell , they fit better and they include nice bodyparts for one/two seater , but NOT the canopy for the one seat version .  I start another thread for that X - 262 .

Bring on these 262's

Those Revell Me-262 kits are great. and are an excellent base model for modifications.  They released several similar quality kits in that era: Me P.1099, Ar. E.555, Ho.229 and a few others.

But they realy do not put the single canopy into the nightfighter box ??  That is NOT nice  .

But the parts look fine, they fit very well together .
Not so perfect as the Hasegawa 262 , but they are cheap to get.  I always try to get that kits from private ads and second hand .


Just spend another full day with them both, but this time i wanna spray with primer before show the result ... 

I bought a new can of primer yesterday and give color to three ( before made )  planes .

Is the 190 now rocket powered?

It is another NEW version with 4 of the advanced engines from the V1 ( the screamer ) .

Just build this week but not complete finished  .

By the way,  what is the right word for that kind of wing ?
In Germany we say ,,Knickflügel" . Just like the Corsair and Stuka .

In French I think we say "aile-en-W" : W-wing.

That style wing is known as: Inverted gull wing
