Right the 2023/2024 GB Season will be as follows.

The Annual One Week Build - Saturday 10th June through to Sunday 18th June. Moderated by Kitbasher 

1st July 2023 to 30th September 2023 the Re-engine it GB.
1st November 2023 to 31st January 2024 the Buccaneer, Harrier and Jaguar GB.
1st March 2024 to 31st May 2024 the 1960's GB.

I'll also issue my annual call for Moderators for each of the GB's. Ideally I'd like 2 for each. It doesn't involve that much work. Most of it is in the initial stages, sorting out the rules etc, and then at the end sorting out the voting. My involvement is to be around to offer help and advice and to sort out the initial Board and threads etc. I don't get that involved, my view is that it's the Moderators GB in conjunction with the membership.

So if you fancy giving moderating a go, let me know.

Will the runner up suggestions be held over for next year? Plus combining a few of the lower scoring ones too? It might save some work.

I'm up for the Re-engined GB Chris... Moderate that is ...done a ton of RW re-engine jobs and enjoyed those and as for the rules..I can let my mechanical mind go to work without being crazy picky..

I've acquired a Monogram F-80 that might get the Skyfox treatment.

Right I've no idea what I was looking at when I jotted that down a few weeks ago    So the One Week Build normally runs Saturday through to the Sunday of the following weekend, 9 days. So that's Sat 10th June to Sunday 18th June.

Does that cause anyone particular problems ?

We/I am on a very tight schedule, if it slips a week then it starts to bump up against the Re-engine it GB, and I really don't want a GB season to start taking 13 months instead of 12.

No problems here at all but me building a model in a week ? HA!!
