At the end of the war in 1945 the japanese forces run out of material , and they need to re-activate the old double wings from the 30's . Technical they were far out of the competition ,  but the japans use everything they can get , also some parts of german machines what is given by the German Reich ...

If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

On the pic you can see the poor quality of the basic kit ( they have such a super nice box art ) , there are just HOLES into the material, coming out when you sand the surface .  The parts do NOT FIT TOGETHER also .

SPINNERS

Can't say that I'd heard of this aircraft but I do find it attractive. Good luck with the rest of the build.

I also have a whiffy Ki-10 on my agenda(idea list. Pretty aircraft, close to the He 51. It actually has a license-built BMW engine, so that it could be a nice interwar aircraft with German roots.

Shake hands , i have bought them both together , the He 51 as the floatplane variant . I also like the colors of them, light grey and silver .

Yesterday night went very long,  i shaped the canopy for my other 262 project and made a landing gear for the Ki 10 .

Because the japanese kingdom lost most of their pacific islands they got not enough rubber for the production of tyres .
Tank Tracks are the perfect solution for demolished airfields and tanks were also almost useless in the end of the pacific theatre .

The Wooksta!

Richard Vogt of Blohm und Voss worked for Kawasaki in the early 30s. Could have been one of his.

Old Wombat

Looks like something I'd expect to see in a sci-fi movie/anime. ;)

PR19_Kit

I know they tried tracked main wheels on the B-36, bit a MONO-track takes some thinking about.

I LOVE it nonetheless!
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Today i tried a clear plastic primer , we used it for the car of my wife , i was not much happy with the universal primer i used before .

Than give her a light grey over all , near white .

And the 262 got a fine silver coat , before i decide what i want to do with it .
