Ian the Kiwi Herder

First shot.... another one that speaks for itself. The 'height' of the moulded 'details' has to be seen to be believed, curiously though the panel lines are beautifully restrained.



These next two show the little bits 'n pieces I'm doing around the cockpit. The 'fishbowl' canopy is so d*mn clear you just have to get stuck-in.






Just small bundles of plastic-card to make-up the shelf area behind the seats and similarly to build-up the gunsights. The 'glass' is very thin acetate sheet. I decided to build it as a Strikemaster (sans anti-spin strakes) but without the 7.62 gun bulges (provided as options in the Airfix kit). In my backstory, the FAC-U  :unsure:  aircraft were used just to train FAC pilots in how to fire their marker rockets into the target area, therefore the (weeny) machine guns would be unecessary.

As usual all comments, questions etc are welcomed.
