Er, I should have clarified. Its about the fuel consumption of the host A/C (reason why a AAR Concord is not feasible), hence why we dont see KB-1Bs or KF-15s

Why the USN went back to buddy pods for the StuperBug instead of a all new tanker/COD A/F is beyond my level of comprehention

I vote for Fedex. That is such a clean build it would look nice with Fedex markings.

It has kind of a nostalgic feel to it with the tip-tanks (to me, anyhow).

Either some kind of a/c used by a super secret spy organization or the mount of some Batman-style superhero that you could make up?

If you love, love without reservation; If you fight, fight without fear - THAT is the way of the warrior

If you go into battle knowing you will die, then you will live. If you go into battle hoping to live, then you will die

No, that's not true......just on the wings and fuselage !

:P

Something as cool looking as that deserves a military role. I like the Naval idea. Or a ground pounder.....but hanging big, honkin' BFSMs on it sounds pretty good as well !

Yes, mount for bycycle repair man!!!!!! But we have to design a scheme for it then  :(

The scheme could be a faded, worn out blue like Bicycle Repairman's overalls and the "roundel" could be a flat bicycle tire.  :D
