Diamond wing

Look, I saw this 'thing' on a weird aircraft page and the questions were, what is it? Who makes it? and from what country?
The photo shows it in Czech Air Force markings, and it looks to be a diamond wing built around a canard wing? Weird, what do you think?
To me it looks like a 'Tigershark' so, could any of you throw some light on the subject?

Looks like the 1/72 Haswegawa X-29 model and someone has taken the standard forward swept wing and turned it into a diamond.

Pretty sexy I reckon, and the style of the photo looks strangely familiar.....

Just a thought, if you're doing the diamond wing, extend side strakes back like the X-29 has and move the horizontal tails out a tad, as well as add a spot for air brakes similar to what the F-16 has.

The background comes from a calendar of the French and Swiss countryside. I had another idea on 'the wing', that was to reverse it, sand down the leading edge(now trailing edge) remove the controls to the trailing edge, and add new ones to the (now) trailing edge. Also cut down the canards to the same shape as the main wing.
If the X-29's wing is reversed, it would look like an F-101, well kinda!
