My noon, my midnight, my talk, my song;
I thought that love would last forever; I was wrong.

The stars are not wanted now; put out every one:
Pack up the moon and dismantle the sun;
Pour away the ocean and sweep up the woods:
For nothing now can ever come to any good.

Hello! I think there a problem with the pictures, there's only those stupid, little red crosses...
I noticed that you're a great fan of chinese aircrafts :) Thanks to you I discovered projects I ignored (the Dong feng series).
King Arthur: Can we come up and have a look?
French Soldier: Of course not. You're English types.
King Arthur: What are you then?
French Soldier: I'm French. Why do you think I have this outrageous accent, you silly king?

Well regardless I would rather take my chance out there on the ocean, that to stay here and die on this poo-hole island spending the rest of my life talking to a gosh darn VOLLEYBALL.

Looks like a model to me: a very GOOD model!

Thanks, Deino: you always find the most exciting/exotic stuff on the 'net!

Deino, have you seen this site:
http://sinodefence.com/

Look under Air force /air power, and look at the unmanned aircraft. It shows the new (old) chinese UCAVs, that are just converted Mig-15/17!

oh please...I like the chinese rice...o sorry...it comes from the states....
but....you cant say me they are able to make something else as rice paddy crackers...
the story with the "aim to copy and produce the Su-27" some years ago was the best what they can produce....big slogans...
after some years....the are still buying the aicrafts from the soviets...
ability to copy adidas shoes is not the same as to copy a good aicraft....
they are not able to copy (with oryginal tool mediums!!!!) the missus opel frontera 4wheleer(it calls now LANDWIND)...this car is available here in germany but...read about it in the net  :o
would you retire all the west technicians and engineers from china so this land would be back in few years behind the albania....
Im not saying they would´t have good engineers....but...experience in handcraft is not to buy on the market...and not to learn in few years of shortly arrived economic wealth...their wealth is based on our "ambition" to buy anything cheaper and cheaper...the time will come and this land (china)will write the same "history" like the russian "bear" ;) ...namely the collapse from inside....
prosperity is untamable....
by the way...nobody will ever can see and check out if any system in such a thing would be online...
end of my story....

Uploading Peter's pic at his request...   (?)  A Chinese auto?  Landwind?

I am in China at the moment and peters post made me laugh.

I saw a 4x4 today that looks a like a Hilux except for the fact it is called SAFE and has SAFE emblazoned down the side.

Given the car test pic above maybe it is false advertising.

I'll see if I can dig up the pic.

Get this Cheese to sick bay!

hi
the opel frontera was a very popular car here in germany...
but the "new" landwid which can be now buyed by some dealers...only about the internet I know....should be the same car...because opel saled all the machinery to china...after arriving here has our ADAC (automobil club...the greatest here in europe I know...) tested as any new car this one in a crash test...
it was saddly not the same car as you can see.... :huh:
are you in china?...good for you!  :cheers:
