I am sure that a few of you Luft 46 guys have this kit.

One thing that I found when building this kit that may be of interest, is that without to much effort the Revell 1/72 scale Me-262 cockpit tub fits in place of the sparce PM offering.

This was something that I found out by chance as I got the 262 kit for the drop tanks not the cockpit.

You will have to cut off the moulded mounts for the PM cockpit and scrap away a little of the plastic but trust me it will fit. The instrument panel will also fit but you will have to cut and scrap and test fit.

This way you get a decent cockpit which is leagues ahead of the kit offering.

Awsome info Sisko, thanks. I've got the PM kit AND a spare canopyless revell 262 waiting for something to be done with it.  A Mistel comes to mind as no cockpit needed. What to use as the carrier plane I wonder......OR I could do a 262 twin (Tophe'll love that  :)  :) )

Anyways ta for the post.

You could aleays sling it under the centre wing of a Zwillwing Arado E 555.

That would look way cool.
