Rudimentary, dear Watson...

Well, after being thrown into action by Baz' Phoenix Build, I finally got off my donkey and cobbled together a few bits of wood to set up the airbrush. I cut a pice of plywood 18" x 10" for the window, and cut out a hole big enough for a standard dryer vent to attach to it. Then I used the dryer hose and a plastic tray with another hole cut out of it, and screwed it to the back of the box. There's a fan inside the box sucking out the fumes......

I hope to slap some paint on the CF-106 and/ or MEXAS tonite.

what are you using for a fan? a 12v computer fan?

Not as much as she is when she comes home and finds it's been set up in the middle of the living room

It's just the ancient fan that came with the box from my Grandfathers estate. I'll get a more powerful ( and quiter ) fan(s) when I finish the hobby room.

Nope, none of it is upstairs. The only problem I see with my hobbyroom, is that it's directly under my bedroom ! I can just see how much poo-poo (with an english accent) I'm gonna get in when I do my drunken painting at 3 am with the compressor going......
