I'm not sure if the inner pylons could take 'em, but I admit I'd be tempted to hang a combination Matra pod/fuel tank (as carried by some Mirages and supposedly some export Lightnings) on each.

Hmmm I remember seeing in an old 1976 encyclopedia a Mirage V fitted with this kind of rocket pods/ fuel tanks... this was an interesting (albeit quite dangerous!) combo
I watch your project with much interest, as I'm fan of alternate RN, Falkland scenarios and Jag derivatives... keep on the good work!  ^_^
King Arthur: Can we come up and have a look?
French Soldier: Of course not. You're English types.
King Arthur: What are you then?
French Soldier: I'm French. Why do you think I have this outrageous accent, you silly king?

Well regardless I would rather take my chance out there on the ocean, that to stay here and die on this poo-hole island spending the rest of my life talking to a gosh darn VOLLEYBALL.

I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

I've heard them called 'Buckets of Instant sunshine' This was from the 'Fighter Pilot' series that the BBC ran many moons ago. I remember the one bloke on the course who was a milkman in civvie life was the only one that went on to become a fighter pilot. He ended up driving Buccs....
