Ok, Gents. This is it: I want to make moulds for some castings I dream of...

The thing is, in my country, Venezuela, nobody knows about a liquid silicone rubber RTV compund in 1 or 2 or n parts.....

I asked a couple Artists, and all they know is about moulding in plaster....

I can find 2 parts resin almost everywhere, but the only popularly known application is in the auto body repair with horrible fiberglass-resin patches... not much chance for moulding there, anyway....

I ask, then, what other media could be safely used to mould an assembled/dissasembled model to finally cast parts or entire fuselages?

All references, Internet Sites, and advice is greatly appreciated.

   You can buy supplies from Micromark, SmallParts, and a bunch of other places...I am sure they ship to Venezuela.
