I've done it again haven't I?  Twice in one thread, that's got to be some kind of record.

I was once doing a presentation at an old work place.  I was mentioning some information files that we were handing out & I said 'if you come & see Chris, she'll give you one'.  For a second there was silence & I thought I'd got away with it.  Should have known better, I never did live it down while I worked there! :dum:

I once read that when Gene Roddenberry first unveild the design for the Enterprise, the producers liked it, but thought it should be upside down.  Roddenberry insited it remained the same, but we could have had quite a different starship Enterprise.  There's plenty of Sci-Fi models that you could do something similar to.

I was drinking my coffee in the staffroom when a naive redhead who'd just had a "tough" morning said she "fancied a stiff one"....coffee everywhere!

After I'd took a cake in one morning, someone asked "Are you good in the kitchen?"
"I'm good everywhere," was the modest response.
