Well, I've procrastinated on this one long enough. I started on it today and made fairly good progress. It's going in a different direction than I thought it would. Since I robbed some parts from this kit for other projects, I was forced to make a few adjustments.

Did you know the nose from a 1/144 scale B-47 is an almost perfect fit on a 1/72 F-15?

Thanks for sending me this kit goober! I'm having a blast!

Hmmm, interesting.  And not a spat in sight.....

What kind of a nut would put spats on an F-15?

Um well....ahem.

Yes, and you'd better get cracking as you now have only nine days left!   :o

Arrgghh, nine days???  I'm stuffed.

Keep it going Bri, can't wait to see it!
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

She's all done except for the decals. Including very minimal stencils, there's only about 30 of them to put on. Piece of cake, right? :dum:

Got her done last night. Here's a preliminary shot. Better pics and backstory between now and Sunday.

Whoo-hoooooo, you made it!  Looks cool.  Love the stubbiness and how it makes it unique.

Well, if you were going to mutate a beautiful aircraft, might as well do something cool with it.
