Just a quick note to say i have now passed on the mantle of SIG Leader to Chris Payne (Falcon) in line with the annual  Branch/SIG renewals.

I felt that we had achieved what we set out to do when creating the SIG in promoting the concept of the TSR2 to the broader modelling world and to get a plastic kit of the aircraft. Well we achieved both goals and as a result i think it needs new blood to take over the mantle and move the SIG forward into new ground.

Thank you for your support over the years and i hope you welcome Chris and wish him good luck as he takes control. Obviously i will still be involved with the SIG but now as just an ordinary member.

Cheers

Geoff

First off, thanks and congratulations to Geoff for the way he took the SIG forward and raised the profile.

Second, good luck to Falcon.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.
