You can whiff, this could be the only time you can see a real Rafale vs Typhoon engagement.
Hope they are downgraded...

Well, listening to Italian sources, the Rafale will be deal with the Typhoon there too, because it is said that Libya want the Rafale too!!

The reality is that there are some negociations between France and both Morocco and Libya... But there are negociations with India and probably Qatar too, and that didn't mean that the Rafale is alreday sold!!

The fact is that most of the potential customers will wait until French elections in May before buying the plane. And add to that the fact that some of those potential customers just HATE reading secret news in newspaper (I'm thinking about Saudi, Libya etc...) and you'll understand why I want to burn the entire "La Tribune" staff on a public place sometimes!    



But back to the German Rafale, I had a thought some times ago (in fact when I was working on Glanini's WWIII and when I replied to all those topic talking about European Carrier Fleet in Alternate History) about a Marineflieger Rafale M!!!
Indeed, as far as I know, the German Typhoon are planed to replace only the Luftwaffe F-4 and Fulcrum for the moment, and later part of the Tornado IDS.

But there is no order for Typhoon for the German Navy!!
So why not having them buying Rafale M in order to replace their anti-ship Tornado!! They will be able to operate from French and US carrier, and that could be cool!!

If I can find Marineflieger decals, I'll do a German navy Rafale N (a navalised Rafale B)!!  


Whatever, I just very enjoy what all you people are doing with the Rafale!!
German Rafale, Rafale in desert scheme etc etc... You all have to work for the Armée de l'Air in order to change this boring grey scheme all the Rafale have!  :ar:
