Ahhhhhhhhhhh, now that took me back to many happy childhood memories,
we used to get Captain Scarlet at 6am saturday mornings,in winter of course it was still dark and a pile of us kids would ride our bikes over the other side of town to Scott Plowmans place[his mum had a colour t.v.] stop at the bakery that Chris Henesleys dad used to run and load up with pies and sausage rolls and a couple of fresh loaves for Ms Plowman,by 5:45 at least 10 of us kids would be planted in front of the box with steaming cups of milo [thank you Ms Plowman] waiting for this weeks thrilling adventure to start!
