Caslav air base in the central part of the Czech Republic had an open day to celebrate its 50th anniversary. While I didn't go, my girlfriend found this link with some pics of the event:

Nice pics ! Looks like a crappy day, but they sure put on a good display for the crowds. Also nice to see the layout of the airfield, and those old hardened a/c shelters. They seem to look so sinister in that dim light !

I actually walked around in one of those type of aircraft shelters at a different base back in Autumn.

If it weren't for about a quarter of the floor space being given to beer storage, the place would be totally uninviting.
