B777LR

The Royal Danish air force open day was at Aalborg AB, in the north of Denmark. This was apparently the largest airshow of its kind in europe this year (according to commentators)
We had 5 aerobatic teams, Polish Team Iskra (4 x TS-11 Iskra), Partouille de Suisse (6 x Northrop F-5Es), Partouille de France (8 x Alpha Jets), Frecce Tricolori (italy, 11 MB.339s), and the Turkish Stars (8 x Northrop F-5s)! Additionaly there was also the new danish team "Baby Blue" flying Saab T-17s.

Weather was sunny, and around noon, most people sought refuge in hangars, c-130s and C-17  (and tarmac began melting)

I learned that the last whistling turlte (Fouga Magister) actually lived up to its name, when standing 5 meters from it, as it started its engine...
And a Mustang makes a nice sound when it taxies right next to you (not kiddin, it taxied under own power though the spectator area, luckily not hitting spectators)

My harvest of models included the new 1/72 Revell NH90TTH, a 1/72 Antonov 2 "Gunship", and a KP Avia B.2...

The Patrouille de France support Transall: (same one archie photografed some days ago i think)
