This P-47 'razorback' was sitting in a box, under the house looking for something to do. Lucky I've decided to butcher some old kits....this was the first. Going through my US Fighters I found the P-47 models, including some of the 'X' models. The H looked easy to build, and here it is!

Model :Lindberg 1/72 P-47 Razorback, with a few mods.

Well, now. That is being modest..."a few mods" ????  Another great one, Glenn.

Great work Glenn! From the photo, it would be equally at home in French Indochina.

I didn't know Lindberg did the P-47H, I've got the MPM offering which is quite good.
Your model looks neat in those markings.

They don't do a P-47H, only a P-47D razorback.  Some of the mods he did were clearly the new nose.  Gorgeous work, Glenn.

As you liked it in the air....here it is, on the ground.
