This is the 1/48 scale Monogram Fw 190A that I have had in my stash for ages and decided to build it as a warm up for the modern kits I have purchased the last two years.

This model is marked as Fw 190A-5 W.Nr. 2700 ''black 8'' based at Husum field in Germany in 1943. This aircraft was lost in a crash landing after combat with B-17s.
The decals I used on this model were from one of the Kagero Fw 190 Monographs free decal sheets.

Thank you Rafa and Allan,
I like building these old kits from time to time, they are more trouble to build then the modern kits but can still look nice with modern paints and decals and some TLC.
