What size bomb is that supposed to be by the way?

The way that large bomb is portrayed in the drawings reminds me of those images of the adult penguins wth their chicks tucked up between the parents legs in that little feathered shroud to keep them protected from the weather.

hiya all, many thanks for the kind encouragement, re its bomb, i turned a 'Blue Danube' nuke a few years back from a drawing in 'Scale Aircraft Modelling' which i moulded up, ill see if i can dig out one of the castings as it seems this was the store intended judging by the drawing.

Colour scheme, im thinking overall aluminium this time round with its 'special weapon' painted blue ('Blue Danube' ...lol) something different for the table !

im soo tempted by the tsto design on the cover of Chris's book but meanwhile iv a few other modelling projects iv been planning on getting around too first...

ill keep posting up its progress, as i type this im awaiting the epoxy to dry on my wing pins...

cheers, joe
