QuoteHmm, I'm not sure of any suitable turboprops that'd fit as shown.  Anyone have dimensional data on the Dart and/or Tyne?  Most of the others I can think of with suitable power would take a longer, slimmer mount and cowling.  You might be able to find a twin-turboprop installation with a common gearbox that'd provide the required power and fit your length restrictions, but you'd still have a lot of empty and un-needed cowling space.

I'd probably enlarge the flaps and go with drooped ailerons when the flaps are deployed.  The alternative would be to redesign the wing with full-span flaps and use spoiler for roll control, though this does make low-speed handling more "interesting" (see the troubles pilots have had over the years if they don't stay current on the MU-2 which has that flap and control arrangement).

I don't have the Dart dims, but I can tell you it's longer & skinnier.
