Project will be an aggressor F-2 with scheme based on one of the F-15DJ schemes.
I like to play in the pit and here's some basic stuff with mods to the sticks and throttles  ... adding some buttons and such.  Also visible in one is the added landing gear handle (which still needs to be added to the others).  There's a No. 11 blade in one pic for size.

Some of the buttons still need to be sanded down to shape and size.
Hopefully, an aggressor Rafale will be soon behind this one, inspired by doudou's Rafale profiles   ;)

How many control columns does a pilot need?  :P

:P  Actually, the kits come with the 2nd set of sticks in both the A and B versions so I have plenty of extras ... so I figured I 'd just do a bunch at once so they'd look the same.
Added some F-2 profiles in the Profile and CGI thread for anyone interested in where this model is headed ... enjoy.

I look forward to seeing the finished product.

Ok, so I spent most of September doing profiles of various F-2 schemes and upgrades and figured it was time to get back to plastic.  I still plan to do up an aggressor F-2 but this immediate project may swing another way ... still deciding.  But for the moment, some small plastic work ... added some structural detail to the main wheel well ...

then dropped the in-progress well into the hole to check fit ...

And one of the more tedius tasks ... doing up the gear doors ... drilled out all those fasteners, then cleaned up the door hinges and ....

all for now,
Gary

And this is where I'm trying to go, or close to it ...

That's some nice detailing - I take it you're using the 1/48 kits?
