Hi folks,

The 2008 Summer Olympics will be celebrated from August 8, 2008 to August 24, 2008, so what about a GB to coincide?  Entries could be either sporting themed or Chinese themed (given they will take place in Beijing), or both or something else deemed appropriate.  Your thoughts/suggestions?

Maybe.  What about introducing Air-racing as an Olympic sport?

A contest build? Air racing, tank racing, racing anything, competing with anything, just cant be armed. (converting military hardware allowed)

Some real ground pounding.

and for the Vancouver Winter Olympics in 2010,
the Mecha Biathlon.

A Zaku would look good on skis. ;D

Gliding was a demonstration sport in the infamous 1936 Olympics in Berlin.  Ballon races & an areobatic competetion were as part of the events, if not officially Olympic events.  Maybe a Air Sport events build?  Anything that's out there in the realworld, with added kudos for something made up???

I like Air Sports! Gliders, tow planes, air racers, aerobatics, etc.

And all of these can be fitted with SPATZ :o :o :o

Yes, John you are a sad, sad man.  ;D

Here's a thought combine an Operation Olympic build with the Godzilla build and maybe an IJA Mecha or two thrown in for good measure. :wacko:
