Nice!  Thanks, Panzer!  Printed up on clear decal paper, these should look great on my low-vis tactical grey camoed plane (unsure which one it'll be, just I want to do one...  maybe one of those old Monogram A-10's in the stash?).

Only problem I can see is if they're printed up on white background decal paper.  Cutting out the shape would be a PITA!

Still, awesome job!

All it takes is plenty of practice in (Old fashioned non computer) Cut & Paste and a nice sharp frisket knife. But I will be printing up the embelems on white while the lettering will be on clear.a couple of my references have the embelem on a small outline shaped white field so thats what i was planning on doing ;)

Nice job.

Tip: next time you publish a design for a decalsheet, use a higher resolution and a better file format. At 72 dpi, the individual pixels will be noticeable in print. Using JPEG means that you don't have an alpha channel (so you can't make the background transparent) and there's a chance compression artefacts will be visible. TIFF is a better choice (although not without its perils either).

Better yet, use a vector drawing program to create the design, and publish as PDF.

Well I really dont have much info on the formats other than BMP Gif Jpeg but heres my origional pic

if anyone has the knowhow and time maybe one of you guys could fix it???

If Panzerwolf can't generate the gifs, I can take a hi-res jpg file and convert it to a gif (actually, anyone with Irfanview can) and make it available.  I do admit that gifs have that handy ability of making the background transparent.

I was going through the USCG site yesterday, and I stumbled across a huge version of the logo that, if anything, would provide a great thing to trace for someone if they wanted to do it up in Illustrator (or other vector graphics program):
