Well im still doing the VTOL stuff.

heres the Ryan FV-104. built useing the Italeri kit with the Unicraft conversion set. (radish scratch built 3 of these for the UK nationals, i was feeling lazy so i ordered in the Unicraft set)





the decals are from the kit. and its the 151st FIS based at O'Hare field  1961 (according to the instructions)
I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

I built a Tennessee ANG one too.....I'll pop it along to Bolton, and it can stand alongside your VTOL ones, along with my Washington ANG and Luftwaffe one.
I must admit, I fancy doing some more myself as they look so nice....

Very nice Martin,  I picked up one of those conversion a while ago, I'll have to get it out and see if I can do just as good a job.

its quite a simple conversion once you clean up the resin and remove the wing root. Ive already got an idea for a posible 2nd example.
