Now I hope it's just because it's early in the morning and the grey matter isn't revving up yet, but it could just be I'm being really thick, but when does this GB start and finish? ;D ;D
Yes I was being thick!  Must remember to start at the beginning of a thread, not the end.
Need more sleep! ;D ;D

According to calendar, this GB begins tomorrow :o   :banghead:

Welcome to the fun, Carlos! I'm going to enjoy seeing what you come up with!

Ed, not to worry, you've got plenty of time to get something together.

I have a feeling we're going to see some truly amazing entries in this group build!

Right, brain failure now over (ish), I'm going to try and fit in two entries:

1.  Vickers Viagra long-range general purpose RAF aircraft of the 1930s.  Fuselage and tailplane - Airfix Bf110 (the wings were chopped for the nacelles that were used for my Supermarine Spartan), wings/undercarriage - Airfix Gladiator (the rest is for another whiff project), rudder(s) (not sure which) from an Eastern Express Spitfire which also fed the Spartan.  Engines will be Aeroclub, not sure yet about the props.

2.  A 40s jet fighter from the Failsworth Aircraft Works (all will be explained in the backstory).  Fuselage and tailplane - mostly Novo Attacker, engines - Airfix Meteor (the one that fed my Gloster Mercury), wings - planned to be a mix of said Meteor and a Merlin Vampire, nose/cockpit - not sure yet but either from the Frog Hornet that also fed the Mercury or an Airfix Harrier (most likely the former).  Not sure about the fin/rudder but there's definately something in the spares box!

Photos will follow one I know exactly what I'm using!  ;D ;D

Well, I was going to try for the one-week group build, but missed the start. And the end. So here I am.

So I have the remains of a Aoshima Kiev VTOL carrier, bits and pieces from various kits, planes and helos in ones and twos, and a bunch of unused decals from various ships.

My previous record is 9 different parts sources, plus plastic sheet and strip and balsa, when I converted a Revell 1/720 USS New Jersey into something that actually resembled the original ship.
In want of hobby space!  The kitchen table is never stable.  Still managing to get some building done.
