CF-18E Super Hornet

This is something I threw together as something to clear the pallet from some more serious builds.

It is a Dragon F/A-18E 1/144 kit, tanks, sidewinders come from the same kit, the Harms are from the Dragon 1/144 German Tornado ECR kit. The dual bomb launchers come from the Superhornet kit, but had no weapons to put on them, so the bombs came from the Hobbycraft F-16XL kit. I was going to use the AMRAAMs from the kit as well, but they didn't look all that well.

I started out painting the bottom the actual colors of our CF-18s, but then that is where I veered off course and created an experimental camo for the top, more akin to the Russian SU-35s. Markings are for the 409 Cougar squadron which came from the old Dragon 1/144 CF-18 kit.
