I have one of those Planet Model kits (the Fw 190D-15) waiting to be built, still searching for a good razor saw to cut the resin parts with. Not easy to do because there are no Hobby shops in my area.

I can only agree....absolutely stunning both the model and the digital montage.

Is this the same kit that, I think, A&V did and Planet took the molds, or is it an all-new Planet?

Also did you add much after market stuff/scratch detailing.
There seems hell of a lot of detail packed in that cockpit for a normal Planet.

Love the camo too.....

Thanks for the information on the razor saw. Not only do I want to build that D-15 kit, I also have a Special Hobby Ju 388 kit that I have wanted to start but have been putting it off because I was fearful of damaging the resin detail parts without having the right kind of saw to cut away the pouring blocks.

I have Photoshop 3.0 now, is Photoshop 9.0 that much of an improvement to justify the cost of it? I am a newbie when it comes to making composite images and am looking for an easy to learn program for doing such work.

my opinion - v.9 - convenient, but no decisive advantage, most work can be done in v.3...    
I do not remember, supports v.3 "work with layers" in image?

Just going to repeat what all the rest have said about this. It is an amazing build and finish, both the model and the photoshop picture. First class work, it's given me an urge to pull out some of my L46 kits again.

Photoshop 3.0 works okay, learning to use all it has to offer is not easy and I am always looking for easier ways to learn more about these sort of things, I was hoping Photoshop 9.0 would be a more refined version and possibly easier for a newbie like myself to learn it.
I have not yet learned how to do the layers.
