How many of those 19 months were devoted to PSR?

Excellent.  This spurs me on to finish mine.

Not that much to PSR. I will admit that the older Hasegawa kits do have good fit. It was the lack of confidence to do the decals contributed to the majority of the delay.  Kudo's to Mike Belcher. His decals went on with no issues.
