Actually the centerline droptank pylon hangs no lower than the original larger tank did. That is the reason I made it smaller. The new wing dihedral I added raises the outboard tanks so that they also clear. The landing gear is in its original place on the Phantom wings and is only slightly longer .

It will be a mighty fleet protector; those F-4P crews will feel save everytime they leave the NRP Bartolomeu de Gusmão deck.

Heck yeah and when the Spectre is finished they'll have a bunch of mini AWACS with 100 mile capable missiles backing them up
