G'day Gang,

It seems the US Army isn't content to hang armour & guns off Humvees and Deuces.  This vehicle served/is serving in that not to be named place and consists of a 'big rig' modded to gun-truck specs.  Looks like a cast extra out of Mad Max ('the Road Warrior' to the Septics) to me.

Nice, though in resin, that thing's gotta be EXPENSIVE.  The brass .50 looks like it would be cool all by itself.

The brass on the 50cal looks ok, bu the resin looks fairly poor for my taste, even the SAW looks like a Dragon knockoff.  The whole shebang would be pricey too, but I guess because they make the military big-rig, they figured that a conversion wouldn't be appropriate.

Mr Mouse,

I believe that's one of those 'not to be mentioned 'cause it's too "political"' things.

Even with that beast, you would not be able to change lanes on a Los Angeles Freeway

Why should you? Just run over the other vehicles...

Radish

A guy turned up at Stafford's meeting last night with it "in progress". Much of the kit has to be strengthened with plastic, etc., as the resin is VERY brittle. It'll be very impressive....very "Mad Max". Should be done for SMW08 at Telford.
