Doing a Scale-O-Rama fighter?  I've got a Lindberg 1:64 in the stash for that.  Looking forward to this one, Eddie.

It might be a fighter bomber. Still working on the details. This one is going on the back burner for awhile. I'm going to build for the FSM "What if" GB that starts in April.

On a side note, with the B-1 inspiration and that we're working on a group of cartridges for the B-1 at work right now, I've got the model out and am determined to finish it. It's not going to be a detail monster because it will be hanging from an office ceiling, but I'm doing a little work in the bomb bays. Here's what I've got as of today.

Looking forward to your company! I think we just may surprise them a bit, especially you with your incredible work!

I think what I'll do is ,for the 1st time, make plans and post them here before it all goes down.

I'm in.  Think it's a great opportunity for Whiffers to show their stuff over on the friendly forum at FSM.
I put in a plug for this site over there while I was at it, too.

Thanks for the support Gents!

QuoteAlways thought the B-58 would be cool without underwing engines. Perhaps built in like the Mirage IV or on top of the fuselage like the Tu-22?

I tried to house them with Super Hornet style intakes with a B-70/B-1B influence, but there just wasn't enough room under that wing and not block the gear (I'll be doing this one gear up) to work out. :banghead: Believe me, I had big plans. I guess it's better that it works out this way so as to not mess with the lines too much.
Here it after a bit of sanding.

What about mounting the engines above the wing?.Give it a stealthy look to it.
