I've never taken a week to do a finish on an auto model body, but this one is going to go into the tenday time frame. Just finished wet sanding out the orange peel, now it is time to start over.

The fast attack boat resumes on Saturday, and the Ferrari review kit should be done soon. Then, there is the balsa stuka too...

I saw that wave kit built up at our club expo last year. It a challanging kit to say the least.

I'm interested in this U boat crusier concept. Do you have any pics or drawings that you are working from?

Yeah, I am up to six pages already on the review for the car.

I am using "My Tank is Fight" by Zack Parsons as reference, it is possibly one of the best what if resources printed!  The U-cruiser I am building is going to be a heavily modified Type 9, though. I am mostly building it to try out some different water making methods.

FWIW, some of the car modelers in PDX will wait 6 months after spraying paint before polishing out because the texture and orange peel can return.
