For those of an antipodean persuasion, might I remind you that Model Expo 08 is on in Melbourne next month. Look upon the details here.

I shall be going and displaying various randomnesses.
There are no good kits, bad kits or grail kits, just kitbash fodder.

comrade harps

Hi puddingwrestler, comrade harps here. I'll be along on there, probably on the Sunday morning (swap and sell - I'll be buying). Apart from "randomness" how shall I recognise you if you want to chat? Should I look out for someone standing or sitting behind what kinds of models?

Should I wear my Queen Is Dead t-shirt or the one about the evils of reading? Moz loving librarian, you know.
Whatever.

#2
I'll be down there Sunday, but since I'm entering things I'll be going in the arvo so I can pick them up afterwards without having to spend to much time hanging around. All my entries should be in the 'SciFi Movie or Fantasy' category since I doubt they will let me enter San Tortan planes in the conventional categories...

How to recognize the Pudding Wrestler:
1: Pudding stained attire.
2: Heavily bearded, over six feet, over weight and pony-tailed.
3: Probably accompanied by cadaverously skinny man of similar height and beardliness (DaFrog)
4: Air of slight befuddlement at why a: so many people built BF-109s, and b: the skills involved in so many of them and c: how so many people could build so many BF-109s without stopping to think "hey, everyone builds these, let's paint mine pink with Hello Kitty decals to make it stand out!"
5: Willing to fight to the death with anyone who claims a San Tortan air craft is not eligible for entry cause San Torta doesn't exist.
6: Startling resemblence to every important San Tortan ever.
There are no good kits, bad kits or grail kits, just kitbash fodder.

Okay, so the San Tortan plane is in the Misc. category, and one of my other entries is in Civil dioramas (it's post apocalyptic road rally death, but who can fathom the way the rules work?) but the rest is in SciFi.

Does that also mean that the cpv @ Warks crew will all be turning up in pink as well??
If you love, love without reservation; If you fight, fight without fear - THAT is the way of the warrior
