the other day i got myself one of the Freightdog decal sets, " gods of sea and fire " but when i opened it there were no decals just a nice a5 booklet.
now mistakes happen were all human after all, so i rang Freightdog, the man i spoke to was freindly courtious and without a quibble arranged to post me one that day.
less than 24 hrs later i got the replacement sheet, now that is service, it's how you deal with those little mistakes that sets you apart and they dealt with me in an outstanding way and i recommend them to all.
