I am such a lazy, lazy person.  I'm knicking the rules from the P-40 build and modding them.  Nev can then mod these to his heart's content!

Here's the rules:

1. The GB runs from Aug 15th until Dec 1st completed builds may be posted anytime until the deadline.

2. Any Spitfire, any scale, any variant is eligible to be used as the basis for your project.

3. Scratchbuilding and kitbashing are encouraged.

4. There is no Rule #4.

5. The top three finished models will be chosen by votes cast from forum members. The top three winners will receive prizes. Unless Nev changes his mind on this.

7. Have fun!

Again, I am soooooo lazy...

Yuo missed out RULE 6 again!!!. Honestly, I mean how can you put a set of rules in place and have NO Rule 6??
It baffles me beyond belief....... :o :o :o

You see, whereas #4 simply states there is no 4, 6 does not exist in this reality.

That, and I did point out that I'm a lazy, lazy man, and my brain's been on vacation since Monday, waiting for the rest of me to catch up.   ;D

Of course this is the perfect opportunity (read: Kick up the backside) to finally build that Spitfire Floatplane that I've been pretending to start for the last 10 years.  Could go on the 100 years of the RAF display as well...

Hi Folks.
May I ask, could I join in with this one with an Airfix Spitfire MK1 I got at Coventry? It's part built and not painted but I intend stripping it down and starting from scratch and probably doing something rather mental with it.

Bestest.
