This is the Michael from the novel "Footfall", like Hammerlab, It's made of paper and odds and ends such as a ping pong ball. I actuall built this several months ago but I though you folks may enjoy seeing it.

Nice build.
Must admit the last thing I would have thought of to power a spaceship would be a Ford Orion ;D ;D

Very cool! I haven't read that book in at least eight to ten years, might have to dust it off and give it another read :)  I like what you've done  :thumbsup:

Superb!  Great visualization!  Footfall is also one of my all-time favorites.  Now all you need is a few digit-ships to go along!  Or perhaps the Message Bearer??? :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

I read that book back in 89. I should see if I can dig it up again!

I liked the idea of the ship launched by nuclear explosions!!!!! :o
