Dang that's some nice looking stuff, other than the Zero I didn't know any of those were available in 1/144, who makes them?

By the way, I'm an admirer of Benjamin Franklin, so could I borrow that picture of him that's behind the models? Thanks!  ;D

NICE.  Lots of creativity in this lot.

We don't just embrace insanity here.  We feel it up, french kiss it and then buy it a drink.

Sorry, I a) dont have a larger version, b) remember where i found it!

@RAT I would happily send you the picture or Benjamin Franklin for $110 + S&H  ;D

The Horten, JM Zero an J7W1 are all made by  POPY
The US Zero is a Bandai model, although plenty of Takara and T-Toys exist, or SWEET do excellent kits!
The "Luke" which is made by CANVAS, although the J7W1 is now available by F-TOYS.

Sadly most the easiest way of obtaining these are via on evil*bay.  I could provide some pointers if people are interested, but I would not want to be seen to promote specific sellers (send me a message and I will point the guys out)

The "Luke" was adapted with a new canopy, new Nose Canon, turbo prop replaced by jet engine, and intake vets cut into leading edge of wings and then repainted.

All the others are stock kits and pre-painted, however the possibility for repainting these is pretty high, and as some of the other posts have observed the availability of these subject are not really covered by to many others producers,

I collaborated with Roberto (read as: he did all the skilled work) highlighting the much overlooked benefits of messing around with inexpensive Japanese models, which often have the same quality as "proper" kits.

you can do the same with the armour, which is the cheapest and easiest way of picking up 1/144 armour for messing about with..
