QuoteIn the thread about the Metalstorm, someone suggested to make a superdefiant with a turret metalstorm...
Ah, that would be me.  ^_^

Maybe I could retrofit one on the Rayador? After all, it's an Ekranoplan!
Nahhh, you want a launcher that shoots Corned beef. A Fray Bentos Mk1 launcher??
If you love, love without reservation; If you fight, fight without fear - THAT is the way of the warrior

Reminds me of an episode of the Osbournes when Ozzy throws a raw ham through his next door neighbours window.....

And an episode of Dad's Army when they fill a smooth bore gun full of onions from Jone's van!

Oh, & a few weeks ago our windows were subject to attack by a kid armed with Dairylea (cream cheese) triangles.  I think the lad was hoping for a chase, he looked crestfallen when I pissed myself laughing!
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

G'day Gang,

Over on Modeling Madness, there's a review of a Soviet prototype Ekranoplan from a new player called X-Craft.  Whilst basic, etc, it still looks like an interesting subject.

Had to Google this machine, not one I'm familiar with.  Quite bizzare looking & would lend itself to aircraft & sci-fi whiffs.  There's a list here of the early Ekranoplans, for those like me who aren't too familiar with them:

Found the X-Craft site (well, single page) & it mentions they'll be doing the SM-2, 4, 6 & 8

I recognise it, but only because I've got this book:

It's excellent, and a total and utter whiff-fest....

Ah, I've been wanting that one for some time, probably worth letting Father Christmas know!
